Since each PLATES is custom-made on demand, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.
Every plate is produced specifically for you — we don’t keep stock or resell returned items.
This ensures that each customer receives a brand-new, freshly made product.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Our team will happily replace any item that arrives in poor condition or with production errors.
